The promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry and who hold a SquadFuel account in good standing.
Not eligible: residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and all United States territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands); persons with APO/FPO/DPO military addresses; and residents of any other country. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
Entrants under 18. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may enter only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and any prize will be awarded in the name of, and delivered to, that parent or legal guardian. The Sponsor will require confirmation of guardian consent before any prize is shipped to a winner under 18.
The promotion runs in monthly periods. Each period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. UTC on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on the last day of that month. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
To be entered into a monthly draw, you must, before the end of that month, meet all of the following:
Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person per monthly period, regardless of the number of points earned. Multiple accounts, automated entry, or any attempt to enter more than once per period will void all of that person's entries.
You may withdraw from the promotion at any time in the app. Withdrawing removes you from future draws; it does not remove you from a monthly pool that has already been drawn.
After the close of each monthly period, the Sponsor takes an immutable snapshot of all eligible entrants for that period and selects one (1) winner at random by computer. The random seed for each draw is recorded so that any draw can be independently reproduced and audited.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that monthly period. Because entry requires opting in and reaching Platinum, the pool size varies month to month.
Each monthly prize is a physical product selected by the Sponsor. It may be SquadFuel-branded merchandise (such as apparel, drinkware or training accessories) or a fitness, nutrition or training product made by another company. The specific item varies by monthly period and is chosen by the Sponsor at its discretion. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize: up to 200 USD. Total ARV of all prizes for a monthly period: up to 200 USD.
No cash alternative. Prizes are physical goods only. No prize is or may be exchanged for cash, a gift card, store credit, cryptocurrency or any other cash equivalent, and no transfer or assignment of a prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Products made by other companies. Where a prize is a product manufactured or sold by a third party, that third party is not a sponsor of this promotion, is not affiliated with it, and has no responsibility for it. All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply any endorsement of SquadFuel or of this promotion. Any manufacturer warranty is a matter between the winner and that manufacturer.
Prizes are shipped only to a valid address within the forty-eight contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed or misdelivered because an entrant supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address on their SquadFuel account within a reasonable period after the draw. A potential winner who cannot be reached, who does not respond within seven (7) days of first notification, who is found to be ineligible, or who (if under 18) cannot provide guardian confirmation, forfeits the prize, and the Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.
All federal, state and local taxes on a prize, and any other costs not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner (or, for a winner under 18, their parent or legal guardian).
Information you submit in connection with this promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not ask entrants for a street address: a delivery address is requested from a potential winner only, after the draw, and is used solely to ship that prize. Your address, the city you live in and your school or organization are never shown to coaches or other users, and are not sold or shared for advertising.
Sponsor reserves the right to require a potential winner to provide proof of identity and eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor before a prize is awarded. A potential winner who does not do so within seven (7) days forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates the Terms of Service, or acts in a manner the Sponsor reasonably determines to be unfair or disruptive.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion, or any monthly period of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Material changes to these rules will be published on this page with a new version number, and entrants will be asked to accept the updated rules before entering a subsequent period.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that the Sponsor may not use their name, likeness or handle for advertising purposes without their separate written permission.
This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
